We specialise in 5,000-20,000 sqm office developments and repositioning office buildings. Our repositioning of office buildings involves modifying the building in order to:
- change the tenant profile to attract better quality tenants thereby achieving enhanced rental returns
- upgrade infrastructure to reduce outgoings.
