This project is a prime example of the long-term nature of our relationships with tenants. As a matter of course, we always ask them what their needs are going forward upsizing or down sizing and how we may assist. In this instance, a client’s tenants were looking for additional space on the fringe of Brisbane. Consequently we found the site for them and built a retail space based on their requirements.

We developed office space above the retail and 80 car parks in the basement.

By understanding a tenant’s business needs, we can provide a seamless progression for them so they don’t have to worry about where they operate from: cost, size and facilities as their business changes.

Through the strong levels of trust we engender with our clients, tenants and suppliers we receive many referrals such as this one.
